I’ll never forget the high-powered executive who had lost her way. She loved public speaking when she was younger but started dreading it. After a session of executive coaching with her, I noticed a shift. She became more confident —and more effective. By the end of the first day of training, she said, “Thank you for giving me back my voice. I’m so grateful.”

I love the thrill of public speaking. From explaining molecular genetics to healthcare professionals, to reading bedtime stories to thirty toddlers, I constantly look for creative ways to connect with the audience and I find that gratifying and fun. After working as a scientist for five years in California, my craving for more public speaking opportunities led me to join Siemens Healthcare, based in Hong Kong and then Singapore, where I led the marketing team for Southeast Asia – an incredible place where many of our inventive ideas are welcomed. Seven years later, I continue my journey to Europe, and I am now based in Germany working in the global marketing team in Siemens headquarter.
